i did check them and its all about me, he must be gathering forensic evidence, for what purpose i dont know. but thats his choice i only asked him to begin another thread. nothing wrong with that is there?

i just explained, they would arrest you or all of the persons that owned the business who is responsible for the 3 cars that you were selling for profit. the bailiffs took control by clamping probably for a debt that is unpaid. that debt is now part paid or fully paid depending on the value of the debt and the 3 cars. but you took the clamps off and they contacted you for them back but you never gave them back so that is theft of someone else's property. no harm loss or injury, 2 people are suffering loss due to you which are the creditor and the bailiff company.

We don't live in China where they could just make you disappear for no reason, we have laws here to protect us as well as to enslave us. It's how you use them that matters, and I use them to my advantage. And I can tell you now that even if the bailiff made a complaint to the police that his clamp had been stolen that wouldn't give the Police just cause to arrest me and I ain't even got a gcse let alone a law degree.

well who would the police arrest then? the business next door? theft is theft and the police have a duty to investigate the loss

are you saying only you can use this law to protect you but the bailiff cannot use anything? what i think you are trying to say is that you can use something as a defence, but a mischievous one at that

The only thing you got right there that was worth saying is that man's law is only a reflection of god's law ie opposite to god's law, the doing away with God's law and it's why we are in the state we are.

Well I can't really prove that I'm telling the truth (I am by the way) but I can prove that what I'm saying about the Police wouldn't get involved unless they were sure who stole the clamp or were sure who damaged the clamp. It's a clamp not the brinks mat bullion job.

there is no serious organised crime here. this is a civil matter and the officer has no reason to arrest anyone, the clamp is there so no theft has been committed or suspected. the bailiffs or debt collectors demanded an arrest and as the officer stated he had no reason to arrest anyone probably because there was no crime, so back to the drawing board and get it right which they probably will
