Ceder so called bailiffs

Hi all

Just had a letter addressed to the home owner so we opened it.

But in side it was dear Mr

not us.

But the letter stated that they was coming to arrest this person for a magistrates court fine by the courts and tribunals.

Stating that they can break in via a locksmith and arrest this person, can they do this? I thought only the police could.

Also we have told them he's not here but don't believe us and they want us to show I'd no way

Try writing via 'Royal Mail signed for' .Address it to the C.E.O. at their head office address (not a PO box)

To xxxx xxxx.
I have received a letter from you addressed to 'The home Owner' but in reference to someone named xxxxxx xxxxx

You are now put on notice that xxxxxx xxxxx does not live at this address and has no connection with this address.
Should you or any employee,or agent acting upon your instruction ,attempt to call or gain entry to this address .You are hereby put on notice that as such you will
be committing an act of trespass .You will not be engaged with and the door will not be opened .Your threats of violence are noted along with your attempt at coercion
which as i am sure you are aware is a criminal act. I have no obligation whatsoever to speak or communicate with you in any way.
You are also put on notice that you have no permission to record either audio and or video upon this property. I however reserve my unalienable right to record on my
property.
Should you xxxx xxxx (ceo) carry out your threats ,legal action will follow .
I trust this makes my position clear.

Forgot to add.
'If you decide to disregard this notice and its contents ,i require you to provide details of your indemnity insurer,along with a copy of your Health and Safety risk assessment '

I will send this notice of today, so is it just bs that they can arrest

Yes they can arrest with a magistrates warrant ,but if as you said its not for you ,its obviously does not apply.

I was not sure as I refuse to give them my ID,and thought I might get arrested

They will try several tricks and the first is to get you to identify yourself, it is NOT for you to prove your innocence as it is for them to prove your guilt and as you have told them you are not the person on the letter it is for them to prove your identity.

If they do come and arrest you then this becomes a criminal offence as an unlawful arrest and kidnap are charges you can bring, charges against them and compensation, so do not fall for their attempts o get you to prove your innocence.
