personally i would reply to their letter before claim keeping it simple

tell them you are in receipt of it and that you sent a full DSAR to their client which has not been fulfilled and tell them that if a claim is issued whilst the DSAR request remains outstanding then you will make the court and the ICO fully aware of this.

then i would get all of your own paperwork you have for this together as it looks like they want to take this to court.

lowell/ overdales seem to want to rush to court at the moment, maybe due to them asking to be removed from authorisation with the FCA which would screw them up .

ICO are currently around 10 weeks behind so keep all your dates of things sent and received as the court may demand they reset the dates and if you have them they cannot be struck out as your word against theirs; one option is to put a claim before the courts do demand this information as it is YOUR property

Thank you Assassin, I very much appreciate you taking your time to advise me, very helpful.

I have all my documents all in order and ready to go once they file their claim. I’m now waiting …

Will update once they respond. 👍
