Even More Police Corruption Exposed

Now we have a corrupt Met po-lice force, yes I know, but more has been revealed showing pure corruption by the Met and if they are doing it and getting away with it you can bet all the other companies calling themselves the Po-lice are doing the same.

This issue has arisen because of the failure of two rape cases within a week and reading about it reveals some evidence which is so blatent it would be less conspicuous if they had it posted on every billboard around the world; and the Met have agreed to examine EVERY live case where it is in discussion with the CPS so they will be examined.

This leaves an interesting conclusion, the Met is knowingly and blatently lying and manipulating evidence and has done so for some time if it is now to be investigated, and what about all the other cases where people have been found guilty of offences they have not committed, or are these simply going to be ignored?

These cases centre on the Po-lice not disclosing information they are bound to disclose under the rules for disclosure and they are biasing evidence in their favour to increase their chances of prosecuting innocent people. In this case the basis of the alleged offences are sexually based and the Po-lice failed to disclose information they are duty bound to disclose and failed to disclose it until a defendant statement submitted to the CPS highlighted the issue of non disclosure of relevant information and the CPS requested it. If we read the wording carefully it states "but po-lice only disclosed further "relevant information" material".

This is very revealing as the po-lice have information and are not disclosing it, they are picking and choosing what they want to disclose, and they are acting as judge and jury with a deliberate bias towards obtaining a prosecution, so what about the po-lice investigating and disclosing ALL material with impartiality, they are hardly acting impartially and knowingly so. Who are the po-lice to decide what is deemed as "relevant material" as by admitting this thay are admitting they are not acting impartially by the very fact they are deciding what is relevant which is outside of their operational remit.

If we go a little further: "A CPS spokesman said on December 17th 2017, the po-lice provided new material to the CPS, which had been previously requested, and this was received" which is an open admittance by the CPS that they knew the Met were witholding information on this case and until the defendants legal team requested it they simply ignored it and hoped they would get away with it, therefore colluding in the suppression of evidence. Would the CPS even have requested it if the defendants legal team hadn't highlighted the issue and demanded the information?

Concerns have previously been raised at the most senior level of the criminal bar that disclosure failures and lack of resources will lead to miscarriages of justice.

Where specifically where these concerns raised, and who with?

Angela Rafferty QC, the chair of the Criminal Bar Association, suggested "unconscious bias" stops the po-lice and CPS "impartially and thoroughly investigating and scrutinising complaints" It should be remembered that it is not the job of the po-lice or CPS to judge the truthfullness or otherwise of any allegation made, "she said".

The barrister pointed to a report of Her Majestys Inspectorate published in July 2017 highlighting "severe shortcomings" in the ability for the police and the CPS to deal with the disclosure regime.
She added "take disclosure seriously, Now. Those in power have failed to listen, or worse, have metaphorically rolled their eyes when we speak of the inportance of a fit for purpose, functioning justice system and the rule of law.

This is an interesting scenario as we have:

Po-lice themselves.
CPS.
Criminal Bar Association.
Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabularies.
Government.

These all know of these problems and have failed to act, but why.
How many areas of criminal offences have been effected, and how much money has been raised through fining innocent people, and how many have been forced into the debt system through this corruption; and how many have been jailed.
