How many people visit food fairs?

They are often worthwhile as long as they are the local food fairs and not the large trade food fairs where people are looking to do business deals with other companies.

Many are local people looking to sell their products to the public and in the majority of cases they are local people looking to establish themselves as small busineses and in most cases they interact directly with you as owners, manufacturers, or producers of food products which are locally produced or sourced and they are introducing their idea or twist to it. In many cases they are a good source of new ideas which you can use or adapt for yourselves or take the concept away for future use. In many other ways they are a good way of seeing what is in your area and what food products you can get from within a couple of miles of where you live and without them having the huge advertising budgets of the major conglomorates.

These are the sort of things that should be supported. When the system goes t*ts up as it will do.
These are the sort of things & skills that can be bartered .With no need for the worthless prom notes.
