Uncensored section

Couldn't we have a section of the forum which is completely uncensored where whoever posts is responsible for there own actions no matter what they post. If someone don't like what they are seeing then they don't have to go in to read it.
Obviously there will be certain subjects that common sense would tell you not to broach. If we all want to be men/women then we need to have big balls so we can deal with trolling (I've never liked that definition) or different points of view without banning anyone.
Lets have a near free for all section. Surely some sort of disclaimer could be put about the board owners not being responsible for the content of others.

It wouldn't work Jinxer.

Trying to use the law e.g. a disclaimer on a public website would not protect the owner, mods, admins or members.

A private member site would offer some protection but, still wouldn't be sufficient to protect anyone.

How about calling it the FOOD FIGHT Section ?
I mean your RIGHT,
some people do turn up to a Get out of Debt free ,
and alternative view Forum just to make trouble,

Ok it was just a thought. I once upon a time ran a medal of honor server and the game was fraught with cheating and everyone was getting banned left right and center off different servers. So the one I opened I said sod it all can come here and play however you want, if you want to cheat fine. It outlasted every other server and people had to queue for a slot to get on it 24/7. All the other servers hated us but while they were sitting on there own hoping someone would play our server was plentiful and fun. And it worked with no moderation what so ever and out lasted everyone else until call of duty took off. We very rarely had any problems and I never banned no one. People looked after themselves with out needing a big boot up the jacksy.
