Ive not looked into this real/fake false flag, but I may be able to get some first hand info. Some family were there, apparently they weren't in the firing line, but were in a casino right next to it all. They got locked in a basement for 5 hours??? before being let out. But that's all I got at the moment. I have seen footage though and the first thing I noticed was two assault rifles being fired at the same time, by 1 gunman??? wasn't he 36 stories up?? The footage also sounded like the shots were being fired from different sources, dunno what others vis are on that

Not convinced personally that, that is a person.

Looks to me like it might be a light reflection.

Its a video of a laptop playing a video, that has added additional reflections in it.

If you could get the original video then you may be able to obtain more info from it.

My first instinct when I saw this was crisis actors but what they are saying directly contradicts the "official narrative" so it's purpose is unclear.
