Court claim

Hi everyone
Finally i found you guys, im a old registerd member on GOODF site which cylon and few other guys used to gave advice and help,
i need some help abd advice on this please.
I had a breakdown cover with RAC which i took over the phone no contract signed by post or email, one year gone i haven’t use their service, but they sent me bills.
Recently they sold my debt to Wilkin Chapman LLP solicitor who sent me few payment letters, i sent them three letters but before i sent the estoppel notice they sent me the above letter saying they applyed in claim court and i will recieve paper work from court, what are my next step i can take please help.

Can you give details for the bills you were sent and how much is involved. Not knowning the nature of the bills that it is hard for anyone to help you. Do you still have these bills and what were they for as you said that you took out their breakdown cover and had never used it.

It was breakdown cover with RAC for £120, taken over the phone.

Were the bills for the first year cover ,or was it for year 2 that they have auto renewed ?

If its for the first year & you did not claim ,there is nothing you can do as the service was there if you needed it.
Not sure if I am missing something.

the breakdown cover was for one year, thank you for your quick reply and apology's for my late reply .
