Please watch this in full.
I have previously put something along these lines in letters I have sent.
As an ongoing process regarding the 3 letters ,I would welcome input as to whether the letters
should be updated to require the return of the agreement (note) upon payment in full.(Which of course
they will be unable to supply).
All comments welcome.

What I have always said.

The mortgage document is a security created by a bank which uses your individual trust created by the berth/birth certificate to create the cash and this is given to you and they attach this with a contract in which it states that you have to pay them back with interest and by any stretch of the imagination is fraud as defined by the fraud act 2006. If they are claiming against YOUR trust and using this to access this trust then they are merely converting some of your accrued assets and converting them into cash for you, so should they do this for free? actually no, but if they charged a flat fee of £250 for providing this service then fine.

Liens are only a means to hold a security and there can be no security as the bank has converted some of your trust assets into cash for you and has not suffered a loss and you havent made an unfair gain, the only loss the banks make is if you fail to pay them for their time and expense of converting your trust assets into cash which is generally around £250 and they can take you to the small claims court to recover this, not repossess your home or other property or assets of a high value.

Banks are debtors as you create the cash for them by either depositing it with them which means you are making a loan to them and you should hold the lien over the security and the financial instrument, not the banks holding it over you, or you require them to perform the service of converting your trust asset value into cash for their agreed fee. Liens are the right to withold property in lieu of debt and as the banks are the debtors they cannot hold a lien as you should hold the lien and all securities until THEY pay you back the debt.

(And presumably this requirement - or at least something very similar - will apply to debt purchasers and debt collectors? If the banks are not above the law then nor are they!)

Hi Mr blue,

Its something I have added in the recent past when dealing with a DCA ,of course it was ignored.
Maybe it would be better as a stand alone request, it would be more difficult to ignore then.

Thanks Dave :-) Oh yes they ignore everything but that’s OK, as we can just ignore their pointless responses too (to our letters) knowing that if it goes to court, the law is on our side as we have every right to see their claims substantiated with the evidence WE request not what THEY think we’re entitled to see ;-)

Excellent news though, the pay by endorsement & gas, water & electric are free are still there.
