some info gleaned from this is that bailiffs are a waste of time and money , councils that stopped using their service saw no less debt collected ! Hopefully more councils will follow suit .

Prime example of wrongdoing, constable states he is "here with his colleagues" and he approaches the occupants ans tells them they have to let the goon squad in, does he work for Capita or the po-lice? if he works for the po-lice then he doesn;t work for Capita and they are not his colleagues, clear case of misrepresentation by this constable. Why did he approach the door and try to obtain entry when the law is very clear on this (common law) that another party cannot gain or give access to a bailiff.

When the warrant is challenged he agrees with the occupants that the claimed signal could be coming from any property in the vicinity, but we all know they cannot check this, and at that point he should be aware that the warrant is unlawful and should arrest the person swearing out the warrant to the magistrate for fraudulent misrepresentation and perjury as a minimum.

He than backtracks and claims he is only there to prevent a breach of the peace, so why did he try and act for the bailiff in the first place, he is clearly in breach of his oath of office and should be disciplined for this action alone; I could go on but we all know the rest.

I would suggest contacting this woman and give her some of the video footage we have and possible see if Ceylon would be willing to share some of his footage and experiences of po-lice acting for bailiffs and this would be pretty compelling and irrefutible.

This TVl vid is several years old, It is now covered by the Criminal Justice and Courts act 2015 sec 26.Para 4. this plod
is clearly in breach of the Act .
Your suggestion in the final para. is a good one assassin.

So the bailiff has free reign so it appears even if he is acting unlawfully or illegally & that is their training says the copper.
