Good point on that subject.
I've read a good book about water and iodine - we should drink minimum 2L and add some Lugol's Iodine to it - at least in the morning.
Some ppl believe that it can boost immune system and in this way fight all different dis-eases.
I'm taking LI for a long time now. I'm not getting ill and not having problems with thyroid.
Lack of iodine in the system is linked to low IQ, birth problems, brain fog, over-sleeping, low energy levels and so on...
I would add some Pink Himalayan Rock Salt to your diet - the best that you can get on this so called planet. Smile

Recently I'm supplementing myself with MSM - kind of sulfur that is required for the correct functioning of our joints, skin and so on.
