Anyone know of a natural cure for Arthritis?

Being over 60 my joints are starting to be a problem, tried MSM and similar. Is there any othere remedy worth trying?

I had the same problem & i am also over 60 .What stopped it for me was when i bought a water distiller ,within a month
all joint aches & pains went & have not returned ( i still use my distiller for all my drinking & cooking). All i can say is thats what worked for me .
Would like to hear if others have had the same results.

Jims45 - i too can attest the efficacy of distilled water, i drink nothing else and aches and pains are conspicuous in their absence. Apparently arthritis is caused by inorganic mineral deposits (that have a positive charge) in your joints. The dist.water molecules are negatively charged and hoover up the deposits while leaving the organic minerals in place.

Also, if you can get the root of a cannabis plant there is a process to combine it with coconut oil. The result is a topically applied pain reliever that apparently works wonders on arthritis.

curcumin is a good anti inflammatory pain reliever , take it with coconut oil and black pepper for max absorption.

Like to add to daviron and lamani's science, chlorella and spirulina chelate the body drawing out toxins, heavy metals too, if the distilled water functions in a similar manner perhaps these algaes will complement it. It tastes like pond water but surprising lye I've got used to it

it was part of our protocol to halt my daughters tooth decay, her teeth have began to re-calcify, it assimilates the minerals and directs them to the places the body needs, we used green pastures label. Its known as the missing nutrient, hardly anyone has raw dairy + most animals are fed corn, not grass, get to an organic or biodynamic (preferably) farm, they'll see you good.

On that subject avoid anything with fluoride.... Fluoride causes arthritis in absence of obvious skeletal fluorosis. Chronic fluoride exposure can cause a bone disease known as skeletal fluorosis.

Turmeric (curcumin as mentioned above) is good for many things. I read years ago the green lipped muscles were pretty good. Cannabus also good for many thing.

Also, dave, water distiller is brill but all should look at the work of viktor schauberger in the 1930's re the energy structure of water. If you are able to, spin the water anticlockwise fir about 20 mins it regenerates its energy. When spinning with a motor and paddle through the middle you should see a vortex through the middle of the water. All electrons in the water spin in the same direction and has a tremendous influence on the body. Then keep your water in a dark place from sunlight to keep its energy. Drink it and see. Probably needs its own thread here.

Distilled water is a godsend for RA sufferers and I had nearly 20 years of suffering that was almost as bad as having kidney stones, and believe me, that is damned painful. Since drinking and using DW in cooking, my pains vanished completely within 2 weeks of starting on it and that was nearly two and a half years ago. I can only liken it to being nothing short of a miracle. Unfortunately, because I'd suffered with RA for so long, my hands and feet had become disfigured and now I have to live with this...but no more pain. I have turmeric, lemon and ginger in my smoothies and some of my veggie meals too. Delicious! My advice to all RA sufferers is...Drink Distilled Water and don't drink any of that poisonous crap from your taps ever again. Do it, don't just think about it.

Just one more thing, I rather tire of mention of cannabis plants/oil. We cannot get it freely, so why talk about it? If such a product could repair my joints to their original state, then believe me, I would have bought some long ago. I've had no joy out of the pain that I've suffered, but if I could have brought it to an end sooner, I'd have damned well done so. I know that those who speak of cannabis do so as a means to informing those who suffer with RA and other diseases, etc. But I think that most know about cannabis already. So, why bring false hope to sufferers when the chances of getting this plant is virtually zilch? I'm an amateur botanist and whenever I'm in the countryside, several times a week, that's the plant I keep my eyes open for the most...

It grows in the fields of wiltshire. I reckon thats why the original glastonbury fest used to meet there. I used to go there before it became putrified by commerciality, now with hundreds of self important people with hi viz tunics marshalling all those who have paid to "get in"

Hi landlubber - i believe they do have some hemp farms in this country, maybe try to find one? Alternatively you could buy a pound of hemp seed (fish bait shops, birdfeed) and plant them. They are treated to prevent germination but like so much else in life - it's a numbers game. This is non-psychoactive hemp, but apparently still efficacious health wise.
Or buy some lights.....

By sounds of it you have a good diet, and if you want to re-form your mis-shapen bits you would benefit from urine therapy. i realise this could label me the resident loon for recommending it but i've tested it on various ailments with complete success - and my diet ain't good! Just rub it into the affected areas every day and see what happens (you don't have to tell anyone). For research i suggest you follow an earlier suggestion and start with Andrew Norton Webber.

You can buy cannibis oil in covent garden but i believe the thc's are taken out. It can be bought fully over the counter in canada when you show medical proof of an ailment. I tried to get some but there is a problem getting it into the uk.

Hi iamani, yes, I have a reasonable diet, but as with many things in life it could do with a little reforming. I'm the sort of guy who likes his food and I could eat and eat and my weight would scarcely change at all, the RA struck out at me and I had to change many things in my diet that I'd live with for so long, mind you I'm happy enough these days all because I no longer suffer with the pain that RA struck me down with.

Yes, I know about hemp seed since I once did a lot of coarse fishing at one time. As you say, they may or may not germinate, but it's certainly worth a try.
Handle, I'm not sure that cannabis with the thc's taken out is worth a damn to someone like me. I once put a video on goodf regarding cannabis, I must try and locate it again as it gives an unusual insight as to why we should all be on cannabis, medicinally I must add.
Holland is another place closer to home that sells cannabis on the open market. I guess that it must be virtually the one place that big pharma cannot touch with their greedy mitts.

Years ago i watched a documentary on mainstream tv (bbc i think) about egyptian mummies. They discovered cannibis in the embalming/mummification. The conclusion (misguided?) was that the egyptian pharoes were smoking pot. That was a rather ignorant explanation as it would have been far a more possible explanation that egyptians were using cannibis for MEDICINAL purposes, however mainstream TV might have edited that out if it was originally in the documentary so that people did not use it.
And why would the money masters not want people using cannibis? For that i refer you to the 1939 Cancer Act that makes it a criminal offence to state a cure for cancer. And, of course, big pharma is part of the money masters control mechanism.

Apple cider vinegar(ACV) with the mother (i use ostlers)and raw honey is great for Arthritis, i have used this combination for many years 3-4 tbsps of ACV in a pint of distilled water twice a day with 2-3 tsps of honey, remember to clean your teeth immediately afterwards

Good advice, but might i suggest NOT brushing teeth right after - the acidity temporarily softens tooth enamel and brushing is detrimental at that time. As an alternative use the distilled water as a mouthwash, maybe brush a bit later. Or even brush first (non-fluoride, naturally!) as it's reputed to put a protective coating on your teeth.

I'm gonna chuck one more out for you, bone broth. I'm generally "vegan" actually a "plant based diet" for a better phrase, but use chicken bone broth. This is the stripped carcus, feet, head. I will simmer it for 12 - 48 hours and I add a good few pinches of grey sea salt , 3-4 tablespoons of ACV (this draws out the minerals) and a pinch of herbs.

I use a water distiller machine called a megah home, gets all the toxins out the water. We are being lied to because we are customers not patients to big Pharma. This way the water is called the fountain of youth lol. All so a hole lemon, squeeze all the juice out & add it to half a glass of hot water then spoon full of honey & a touch of Cayenne pepper first thing in the morning, that detoxes are body. All so use Himalayan pink salt on your food instead of white table salt. Because the white salt is very dangers for are body. Also get nice hot baths with himalayan bath salt, pink salt use.Just relax in the bath & do not wash ya self after the bath because ya wont the salt to go in ya paws. coconut oil for ya body & use it as a mouth wash as well. Hope all this helps. I suffered for over 5-8 yrs & done this & feel like 18 again. Out of pain as well. I dont take meds from dr because they work for big pharma. Best of luck. Earlier this year, i had quite bad knee joint pain. I wasn't' sure if it was because of all the cycling wear/tear or something arthritic. Rex Newnham, a Western Australian now resident in the UK, lived at Guildford in the early 1960's. He taught chemistry, biology, geology, soil science and agricultural botany. He had grown his own vegetables at both places but found that in sandy soil his crops showed signs of mineral deficiencies and he developed arthritis.
