Dear Carissa,

I have now received your letter dated 25th October 2019. Sadly I did not receive your monthly letter in September, I do so look forward to receiving them. I do hope you have not been unwell .
I did however receive a letter from that lovely man Peter McPhee . Unfortunately I think he may
have me confused with someone else as he seems to think I am a customer and that I owe a debt to your corporation, but rest assured I put him straight by rebutting his silly presumptions.

I notice in your letter you are still asking me for a payment despite that for the past 3 years I have
been requesting from you a valid proof of claim , never mind though I expect you will send it if you ever find  it.
I think I should draw your attention to the fact that after all this time and correspondence you may well have incurred costs that exceed what little you paid for this alleged debt in the first place.
Never mind though ,I do get a lot of pleasure from receiving your mail as you all seem to be very nice people ,always offering to help me. It is with regret that I must decline your assistance once again and reject and rebut your presumptions.

On another note, I hope anyone reading these posts realise what is happening here ie the fact that a Debt Purhaser is chasing DI (or anyone for that matter) for such a long time should tell you ALL you need to know:

They CANNOT provide the necessary documentation to LEGALLY evidence their claim to an alleged debt and therefore ALL THEY CAN DO IS PESTER YOU!

So lose the fear of ending up in court etc because unless a DP is stupid, they will NOT waste yet more money (solicitor / court fees etc) going down that route without evidence!

Dear Gemma Cole.
I am in receipt of your letter dated 8th November in which you state that you have noted my recent contact. Clearly you may have noted it but not comprehended its contents. This I find to be typical of all PRA employees ,who clearly can only operate from a script and it seems are unable to understand simple words.
On the 30th September I replied to Peter McPhee who referred to me as a customer. Despite my giving him the definition of the word customer I now find you are making the same error. Please bring this to the attention of the member of staff who at present is using the company brain cell,
so that your script can be amended.

Just one more point on a more personal level. Do you ever think that you would achieve more personal job satisfaction if you actually contributed to society in some way instead of acting in a parasitical role ?

Once again I reject and rebut your presumption that I owe a debt to your company.

Well done daveiron for your persistence with responding in such a polite way to these parasites, I'm new to this forum and not sure what PRA stands for yet, im guessing they're one of the parasites that hound people for debt.
Really enjoyed reading those letters that you responded with
and good idea on using the word comprehend instead of understand, that will help me a lot as I'm trying to delete that "Understand" from my vocab.
It just shows you though how deceitful they are, three years they have been hounding you and they still have not got the message and if you were in the wrong then they would have done something by now, yet they do not, because they cannot.
The way you've handled this is brilliant. Hats off.

Dear Carissa,
Thank you for your monthly letter dated 29th November ,which I received today. I do so look forward to receiving them. I am very pleased to inform you of two pieces of good news.

Firstly a space on my Christmas card list has opened up, as you have very kindly been offering
to help me for 3 years I think you should now be included in that list.

The second piece of good news is that I have been giving your requests some thought as to finding a resolution .Whilst I still rebut & reject your presumption that I owe a debt to your corporation ,I think I may have cracked it. You have on many occasions sent me what you claim validates your claim,. Namely copies of an application form . The first copy only contains the top section of alleged  application and the second copy only contains the bottom section,alas the whole center section has never been supplied.
As you believe this has validity my solution is simple = I send you a copy of a cheque showing the top section only and another copy showing only the bottom section . Of course the middle section will not be included .Alternatively I could send copies of £50 notes using the same format.
I am sure you must agree this is an elegant solution based on your beliefs .

However as I have now found a solution, I do hope you will continue to keep in touch as I very much enjoy your letters as I don't get out & about much these days.

Of course, I'm sure you know they STILL won't be able to comprehend your simple explanations / suggestions in the slightest and as is/has always been the case for me

as per mrblue, those knuckle draggin' thick scum cannot comprehend something simple as what you ask.

Well Carrissa seems to be sulking as she has stopped writing to me . However I
got what they call a statement this week. So I just had to reply.

Dear sender ,
I am in receipt of your document dated 27th February, which purports to be a statement  of an alleged account you believe I have with your corporation. I once again rebut and reject your assumption that I owe PRA Group anything. Indeed you have consistently failed to provide any valid proof of your claim,and I refer you to all previous correspondence .

After some further research I have come across a further problem. I understand that PRA Group Ltd
is part of an American owned corporation,and this is where your problem arises. Do you agree that all men are created equal ? The answer I am sure you will agree is yes. That being the case I am sure you are aware that the orange coloured man in the White House, you know the one with the strange hair ,has imposed sanctions on several peaceful nations. As a man I therefore  have equal rights to him. On that basis I have imposed my own sanctions upon all corporations owned by or operated within ; including but not limited to The US and Israel ,as I cannot in all good conscience
contribute in any way to the death or harm to innocent people including children.

So as you can see ,even if you could somehow provide a valid claim ,my beliefs must take precedence over your greed.

Please pass on my best wishes to the lovely Carrissa who has always been very kind in her many offers to help me.

Dear Carrissa Rae,
I am in receipt today of your letter dated ! November 2020 I am unsure what day ! Signifies .
I am curious ,are you the Carrissa who used to write to me as Carrissa Turner ? As it would indeed be a great coincidence for the Head of Customer Solutions ,both former and latter to be called Carrissa . If it is the case you have recently married, I would like to extend my congratulations ,but only when you have changed your employment to something less parasitic.

Forgive me for making a presumption ,its a bad habit I've picked up from by my dealings with PRA.

Despite your kind offer of help including a 45% discount ,I once again reject and rebut your presumption that I owe a debt to your corporation . Also your presumptions that I am your customer and also have an account with you. I have previously explained to you the definition of the word customer,but you have not as yet explained to me how I can indeed be a customer of yours.
