Disturbing attack by West Yourkshire Police

I have just come across this video. I find it very disturbing ,if you feel the same please let them know
of your thoughts .I have sent an email ,please do likewise. ( email address is below)

for me its got to the stage I cannot watch this type of thing for too long - disgusting!

i had to review a few times.

did her face hit the ground whilst her hands were tied behind her back?

well yes it did, replay, replay, replay again

Clear claim against the lice, and the scum doing it? he will get "words of advice" from his immediate superior when he should be getting a prison sentence.

i understand all is ok.
He is a policeman.
She was suspected of stealing groceries, probably to survive, maybe to feed children.
David Cameron told us to prepare for 'austerity measures'.

So it really is ok to beat her up. she was poor, he has a well paid job as a police officer so was well within his rights to beat her up and potentially cause brain damage.

He has every right to abandon his sense of being human, exercising compassion.

This is what the current banking system advocates. You can steal at high level, cleverly avoid tax "prey" on poor people and abuse them and their children - then your are hailed as an Entrepreneur and other rich people fund you as 'respect'

Its the old adage Mongoose, owe £5000 and you are a debtor, owe £5M and you are a businessman.

Well this is getting interesting, I sent them an email with a couple of questions on the 10th Oct
and got an acknowledgement for it.
As of today having not received a reply I submitted a FOI request to the same email address ,it would
appear that they must have blocked me as I tried several times with the same result. So I then used my
other email account & guess what ,it went straight through.
This of course will now generate another FOI request re blocking.

This is the FOI I have sent ,please look at the response I had ,clearly they thought they could
copsplain it away over the phone.

As I emailed you ten days ago and have not received a response ,I can only conclude that West Yorkshire Police

care very little for transparency or accountability. Therefore please supply answers to the following questions

in relation to a video shown on youtube. https://youtu.be/b0q_wxIo51M



   What is the name and number of the Officer/Constable seen in the video throwing a handcuffed female  to the ground.
   What is the name and number of the Officer/Constable seen standing and observing the incident and doing nothing to stop the incident.
   What injuries were sustained by the female ?
   What if any medical assistance was administered to the female?
   What if any action has or will be taken by West Yorkshire Police against both of the Officers/Constables ?
   Will or has any investigation been carried out by any other agency other than West Yorkshire Police, or will W.Y.P investigate  and find no wrong doing as expected ?                                                                                                                                    Please respond within the statuary time frame.

Not enough folks doing these.

As in my 5G thread I have diametrically opposed answers from 2 different agencies to the same request.
I am now waiting for the completion of a review from one of them.

They’re not used to FOI requests and especially ‘challenging’ questions mate...

(Pretty much like most DCAs)

Finally got a response after they decided they needed an additional 20 days to avoid my request.

This is it (late of course) and of course as expected they will not comply with the spirit of the law.

One officer received Management Action.

West Yorkshire Police conducted a disciplinary investigation. No investigation has been carried out by any other agency.

A complaint has now been sent to the ICO. We all know what the outcome will be.
The Freedom of Information Act is not fit for purpose anymore,unlike in the US where most if not all public documents are available.

its definately "the ol' boys newtwork" at play here, they all cover for each other as I saw over speeding ticket earlier this year.

Its all a contrived system & completely corrupt.
