Re: The answer to everything is here
Its my opinion that we are making too much of an issue regarding the legal fiction in some respects.Agreed most of us here wish to reject the legal fiction, but unless we can lose it 100% why not use what we can of their system. The HR act sets out our inalienable rights so why not use it ? Would it not be foolish to reject the HR and say these do not apply to me ?
For example if we fall on hard times ,are we going to ignore the benefits that can be obtained by the HR instead of fighting to ensure we get them. Because like it or not we cannot avoid at present paying into their system.
You cannot go into a filling station & say "i am only going to pay 50p a litre because i am not in your system and tax does not apply to me".
What i am saying is that at present we cannot avoid their system ,so at least use what we can to our advantage.

Re: The answer to everything is here
Hi all
Hi Honeyaisle - Yup!
Hi daveiron - you're absolutely right, we should use everything available to us - but i myself would only use HR as a last resort purely because it seems to be on a par with Animal Rights.
i was formerly of the opinion that we need to lose the 'name' at any cost - now i'm not so sure. It now makes sense to me that we need to gain control of the 'name' to become 'man'. If at that point it appears beneficial to lose the 'name' then that would be a real option as we have control over it.
Also at that time i suspect we could save our fuel receipts for claiming tax back from the treasury...
Cheers!

Hi honeyaisle
Thanks for your interest, i'd love to be able to explain it in just a moment but i'm still working it out myself! It's hard to know where to start..... OK, synopsis is:
To be of 'man' one must have control of his own affairs and to be seen as competent in doing so, he more or less has full control of his own destiny and is his own bank if he so chooses.
The 'NAME' is his ESTATE and birthright. The 'person' a.k.a.the Mr Name is his access/key to his ESTATE. Until he can control his 'NAME' via his 'person' his life is not his own, which renders him merely 'hu-man'
i've posted a fair bit on this subject on the fmotl site (same avatar, 'lighter side' forum) if that sort of stuff is of interest.
Cheers!

slave rights , the right to work and their right for those that work
Everyone who works has the right to just and favourable remuneration ensuring for himself and his family an existence worthy of human dignity, and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social protection.
what about a right not to work ? seems those that dont work get less human rights.

Re: The answer to everything is here
Well I hope my council will take my final warning to note. When demanded (last week with 14 days to respond) they took out MR and added my middle name on original council tax (and sent that back within 7 days) but kept my full name in ALL CAPS. So I sent my final warning off today (they will get it tomorrow) and I will take action against them if they do not use my name correctly as stated in my letter. Upper and lower case (e.g. John Doe) They now have 7 days.

Hi all
Lopsum - a man does have the right not to work but a hu-man doesn't.
Phillpots - why not c/right and t/mark your names? Send a fee schedule? Just a suggestion, i have no knowledge.
Cheers!
