Look at this from an average perspective.

This is a sports car, a lamborghini which is a EU certified car, it meets the noise regulations and this clown is claiming it is too noisy and note he has no equipment to measure the decibel level, he would not be trained to use such equipment, oh, and the driver is a black male.
He claims he was speeding, yet has no speed measuring equipment and doubtless no speed equipment training, he claims he heard this car several streets away, did he and can he prove it was the same car.
He tells them to switch the recording equipment off, but why? because he would be caught out lying and trying to pervert the course of justice with his unsubstantited allegations and undoubtedly doesn't want any evidence against him.

Complete and utter power hunger copper! The driver was EXTREMELY polite and just trying to have he’s say but was shut down straight away, unacceptable behaviour from a policy enforcer, just jealous I suppose that he can only afford a run of the mill car!!!! The driver has got a pukka job thats the only bit i’m jealous of lol

Tasers are classed as a firearm and he wasn't being violent or aggressive so they unlawfully used a taser on him to get him to comply with their wants, and sod the law.
