Its very simple, but again it has many facets.

Its a money maker for all those involved and aitisocial services are taxpayer funded, the more children they take then the more money they make, if a case goes to the family destruction courts then the court (fake court) makes an hourly rate for dealing with a case and a child is taken into care. Once in care they are farmed out and anti social services make over £1000 per week, per child, and they pass them to an agency for fostering, they pay the agency around £800 per week and do litttle other than generate paperwork to support their claim, the agency then fosters out the child and pays the foster carers around £6-700 per week and make over £100 per child per week for doing very little. Things change if antisocial services can claim additional monies claiming special needs and is the reason they classify children as having ADHD or autism as they can line their own pockets at the taxpayers (our) expense.

Facet 2 becomes interesting as they can put them into a home and this is a real money spinner as the cost of a home and staff is cheaper with a large number of children in it, they often begin with assessing who can be syphoned off to the paedos and perverts or those they can turn into criminals. The syphoned off children go to feed the high ranking perverts and many of those remaining become the plod fodder of tomorrow as many of them are introduced to petty crime which escalates into more serious crime and this feeds the Lice fodder of tomorrow and keeps them in guaranteed work with little effort. This ensures the courts are kept in work and allows the lice to have regular targets and they may begin with staying out late which may develop into shoplifting and escalate into drugs and thefts in the future.

Every stage of this is monetised and they all make from it.
