'Operation Fightback'

Call it what you want but questions are asked amongst us what do we do to fight the virus plandemic agenda & associated crimes, I know many are doing what they can & within their means, quite simply I see an awakening along with non-compliance is the only solution.

Whatever way you can get information out to who & all you can, speak to people when out, if you run a business e-mail your clients, send out leaflets with sales etc, even private sellers - Gumtree, ebay etc put something in your sales, are you say a biker, e-mail motorcycle dealers, garages, biking organisations, likewise whatever your interests/pastimes are do the same. I have spent the past few months doing much of the above, gathering info/evidence & e-mails out by the boatload, leaflets under windscreen wipers etc.

Remove signage related to the hoax, walk on the left, social distancing etc & as Daveiron has done serve notice on people regards masks etc.

I have not complied with anything, I do not know whether the 'masks on buses' is a guideline or legal requirement but if I was to use a bus tomorrow no mask would be worn & I would leave my fare on the drivers counter (cash of course) if he told me to leave the bus & would stay seated whatever the consequences - we MUST NOT comply, lets do the 'I am Spartacus', let us take the lead, we have to do it you do not need courage.

There are many documents & also testimonies from recognised medical professionals to use as evidence, even government websites can expose their own lies with their own data, much has been posted here but much more exists - the TRUTH is our weapon - it destroys the enemies lies... & it will be their downfall, think about it they have shot themselves in the foot it can all be exposed all we need to do is expose it & remember only a small percentage is needed to turn this battle in our favour.....the sheep will follow what they think others believe.....

It is guidance and cannot be legally enforced, but, it could play out that you are harming others and some are criminal offences and we all know how manipulative the lice are when they want to manipulate legislation and its meanings to get a prosecution, and the lice bring the actual prosecution and give it to the CPS the day before trial as in many cases the CPS would throw it out.

Public transport? no way.

E mailing other businesses and individuals the data is a perfect solution.

It is guidance and cannot be legally enforced
I don't know why people keep saying that, and I don't think it's particularly helpful particularly to people who might not bother to check for themselves.  It's an SI "The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Wearing of Face Coverings on Public Transport) (England) Regulations 2020".  I'm sure it's full of holes and inconsistencies like these other regulations rushed through.  But on the face of it the rules can be enforced even to the extent of Police using "reasonable force".  Breach of the regulations would be treated as a summary offence, although there's provision for a fixed penalty.

Better in my opinion to read the actual legislation and frame your fight around that, there will doubtless be plenty of loopholes and probably plenty of mistakes make in enforcement.

For example as of the end of April every single prosecution under the Coronavirus Act had been overturned.

Agreed FF, I have looked at the regulations.
Sec 4 (c) is probablly the best loophole.

Reasonable excuse

4. For the purposes of regulation 3(1), the circumstances in which a person (“P”) has a reasonable excuse include those where—

(a)P cannot put on, wear or remove a face covering—

(i)because of any physical or mental illness or impairment, or disability (within the meaning of section 6 of the Equality Act 2010(1)), or

(ii)without severe distress;

(b)P is travelling with, or providing assistance to, another person (“B”) and B relies on lip reading to communicate with P;

(c)P removes their face covering to avoid harm or injury, or the risk of harm or injury, to themselves or others;

(d)P is travelling to avoid injury, or to escape a risk of harm, and does not have a face covering with them;

(e)if it is reasonably necessary for P to eat or drink, P removes their face covering to eat or drink;

(f)P has to remove their face covering to take medication;

(g)a relevant person requests that P remove their face covering.

I have and also read all the official advice, it was overturned because it is secondary legislation and it contradicts the primary legislation and this is the main reason the cases were thrown out, there were others; and as for enforcement, the police ignored official guidance from their own body (college of licing) on dealing with the issue and this clearly stated that they were not to arrest people as the legislation was unsound and needed a Judicial Review in the High Court to give clear precedents to set arrest procedures.

Do you have any case references to that?  CPS data shows lots (maybe all) of the prosecutions under the Coronavirus Act being overturned, but only very few (12 out of 187) of those under the Health Protection SI.   That's old data though, but I haven't been able to find anything factual that's more up to date.
