I'm disadvantage more I found out years on medical tablets of my health illness caused damge to my remaining teeth,I'm set up by Northampton UK area both EMAS NHS trust ltd female, whom one go call on 17.3.2017 999 effects of dental infection, unable to talk,let alone consent to since safe guarding referral,she spoke to Dr gale I never meet or talked to he made up mental illness condition,I never seen any NHS medical Dr for.
I talk carefully natural herbs I not mix unlawful with big pharma medications, yet public servants are saying they danger,
Now she made up comments on my home my private life more too.
So I trying to counter out hearsay comments to all whom using my choice to live against me anyone else experiencing this , over reacting by medical public funded employees uk 2017?

Hey Real me, I am a bit confused by your post, in summary are you stating and asking the following,

1, Stating, you have been on tablets for a number of years and this medication has caused damage to your teeth 'dental infection' and this makes it hard/impossible for you to talk?.

2, Stating, a lady from EMAS NHS trust ltd called on 17.3.2017 and made a safe guarding referral?.

3, Stating, the same lady spoke with a Dr Gale who you have never met or spoken to who has stated on your medical records that you have a mental illness?.

4, Stating, you take natural herbs and you do not mix what are classed as illegal drugs with legal pharmacy drugs?.

5, Not sure what you mean by 'yet public servants are saying they danger' are you saying the public servants are claiming you are using/mixing illegal drugs with legal drugs?.

6, Stating, public servants have made statements on record about your home and private life?.

7, Asking, for help to get these remarks about your home and private life removed from records?.

8, Asking, for help to get the mental illness claim by Dr Gale removed from your medical records?.

Hearsay comments made up on my home my use of harmless natural herbs, claims mix with medications,harm me.
Next I became unwell dental infection,it was Dr gale called 999 I since found out on GP medical data systems, comments of a mental health condition I never have or seen anyone for.
On one female emas NHS trust with out me able to talk or, dental infection, she made up comments of my right to privacy private life, word's used I have wrote to rebuttal,seek lawful block from a I know now to be ,a adult safe guarding referral,with out consent or inform consent.
On human rights abuses too.i know now nothing to do with offer care services.
Trying to add a mental health label,to push on me, unlawful process.
Using statute care act 20014 section 42. So I said I wrote to require to management of medical GP practice to confirm were this claim of a mental health label come from, provide medical evidence,to date no-one has.
I since found out its cause I ask about effects of years on big pharma medications damage my teeth,now need them all out. I had no response to this question by Dr gale.
Now I found out lawful due process not been used ,
