Law: They cannot do so unless the Courts accept that the interference with your right right to bodily autonomy – a fundamental right maintained through the Human Rights Act 1998 – is justified. And the law is that the Courts can only accept justification based on evidence, not government messaging. We do not believe the evidence for justification exists.

Re: FICTION: Private sector employers can force workers to have a Covid vaccine
1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.
The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs, or engages in the experiment.
I get we are not hu-man but living wo/men, maybe if not ready to claim being in the private yet this may be something that could be used?

They can force you but the only way they can do this by new contracts with this condition written in.
But, you also have 72 hours to read a contract and you can negotiate any contract and this is where they get you as they expect you to immediately sign a contract and many do, if you refuse they offer the job to someone else.

Its not voluntary consent, its true and informed consent.

True Assassin, I get all that totally. But if / when all employers add those contractual clauses, then what? You can’t get a job unless you become self employed / become a PSC? Which is not possible or practical for everyone.

Then a large claim arises because you cannot amend or alter any contract unless all the parties agree, if they make such claims to force you into signing then its termed as "duress" and cannot come into force.
Time for large affidavits to fly with large amounts of cash involved.
