Moving a business from Public to Private (Help please!)

Hi. A very good friend of mine (in NZ) who is a qualified and practicing Osteopath has just received an email stating that if she is not 'jabbed' within the next two weeks, she will no longer be able to practice as going 'hands on' with her clients will apparently be 'illegal'. I have not yet seen or read the email she has received (hopefully getting a copy soon) but this has spun her out completely and her means of making a living will be gone.

What I'd suggested to her was moving her practice into the 'Private' domain, where her rules and regulations would apply.

So the questions - what is the best way to do this? Does a declaration of sorts need to be done, is this just a change in the way she operates personally, do notices or affidavits need be utilised to ensure lawful process? Does she need to put a 'Private' sign up and advise clients etc? So many questions, sorry.

Any and all advice in this regard would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

I cannot see why it could not work on the private side.
I would imagine the choice of words would be very important,
eg; private by appointment only,or members only.
also maybe change the word treatment to relaxation classes.
She would need to inform the tax people that she is now working in the
private and therefore has no 'income' ( what she will have is compensation
for her work')

Hi Dave - thank you very much for the reply and info. I'll take a look through the video and glean as much as possible to help her out. The situation here (NZ) has really descended so quickly from 'normal' to absolute insanity - the govt are out of control, passing laws overnight, ignoring the Attn Gen, attempting to bypass or change the Bill of Rights - it's got everyone from all areas desperate to understand their legal position and how to fight back. I've recommended this site at various places including VoicesForFreedom.co.nz so there may be more visitors with any luck. The more this kind of knowledge can get to as many as possible the better. Again, thank you.

Thank you very much Dave - these videos are brilliant, I wasn't aware of this man so will take a look through all content. As you may be aware, the NZ govt is proceeding regardless of massive public outcry and protest the length of the country. Initially targeting nurses, teachers, prison officers, cafe workers and gym staff it is clear to us they intend to push this out to everyone eventually. It is truly sickening and the stress levels (and fear) are growing. But so is the anger. And with the anger is coming a clarity of thought about 'who' exactly is doing 'what' to 'whom' and 'how'.
