Cabot response query

Hi all,

I'd appreciate any advice on how to respond to this letter (attached). I have followed the process and sent all 4 letters and this is their response.

Ok, rebut their claim its a dispute, (thats important)
Remind them you have offered remedy three times
personally with their CEO who has failed to respond and has tacitly agreed
that he has no claim .
You could also add that should they decide to litigate ,all your evidence of their
non compliance will be produced in court.
Finally require a yes or no answer 'Do you hold the original agreement,are you the
Holder in due course ?

Yes rebut them, this company is very scummy, send you letter recorded mail if you can. But you can get proof of postage for free at the post office

Please never call them, to many holes for you to fall into, if they ring you just put the phone down answer NOTHING

They always tried to make it into a complaint with me and many others I'm sure

Cabot can be sods trust me, but can be beaten but it takes time and you MUST watch out with them they will use all the tricks in the book.

I had 6 years of them,🧟🧟🧟🧟

The reason why its important to rebut their claim of dispute or complaint.

Usual B.S. 'This matter has been dealt with personally by your CEO' is all you need ,if you want to respond at all.

Please get a copy of 'The title is unimportant" by M Yates

Thanks for all the advice, appreciated. I had already referred to the CEO in the previous communication. I have just ordered the book, they are chasing me by email now so will get reading.
