He is at it again, notice not once does he even states it works ,or any success at all .
White Rabbit called him out a while back ,it appears his mortgage success may not be what he claims.

Have you seen he claims to have invented the three letter pricess?

"In the summer of 2008, I invented a three notice, non-judicial, administrative remedy called the Notice of Conditional Acceptance process, which over time became somewhat affectionately known by some as the NOCA."

https://www.thebernician.net/the-noca-to-knockout-the-tuberculosis-scamdemic/

Just as an aside, nobody except him seems to be claiming bovine TB doesn't exist. The clash at the moment is between farmers campaigning for a badger cull in the belief that this will cut bovine TB, and government scientists who believe it won't.

Fortunately Simon is exposing those in the movement who are selling dodgy remedies ,I believe prosecutions have started.
There is another video from Simon about the Bernician ,but i cannot find it at present .I know some here are also members of Y&YC and will know the one i mean.

Farmers IsThis What's Needed? Empty Re: Farmers IsThis What's Needed?

Back in the early days, I and some friends joined the Universal Community Trust. We read that treaty and some others. I met intelligent knowledgeable people and learned a lot about history and law. We had our private family trusts, very simple, all protected under the UCT we were told.
We worked hard and got ourselves a community - or at least a shell of one, for when we tried to access the machinery,to make it do what it said on the tin, we got nowhere.
No questions answered by Michael as we tried to carry out his lofty rhetoric.
One friend lost his house and family with an ineffectual mortgage challenge.
At that time Michael was also 'on the brink' of acquiring offical documents and funding (never happened). The number plates he suggested were useless. Please be careful here, he is a wonderful orator. Perhaps he has changed but it all sounds eerily familiar
from many years ago.

I've never tried anything he has said, I generally with all I think about doing until I see some sort of 'it works' or total proof. Most dive in without research & truely no clue. Sometimes others get results but may be subject to an NDA etc so are unable to prove.

He does talk the talk, I posted what I had seen in the hope, those research properly before trying. This could have been posted elsewhere & others again dive in......

Obvious posts here to me at least  things are not what he would make them seem.

With my drive for utilities was via the idea there is remedy but I researched 1st & the most anyone could have hoped for was a stalemate. The stalemate for me at least has come & for other (gas) has not. There is more research to do & its not with what 1 might hope or expect. Status change I think is the key? Moving to Fee Simple?
