Would the OC kindly inform us of the actual charge

They have no Corpus Delectii

They have no Actus Rea

Its doubtful they even have the Mens Rea or animus (as that has been publically expunged)

What they do have is an ACCOUNT and a PERSON deemed in their society to have duties and obligations (think and act as we find to be useful), they will refer to this as strict liability, or a strict liability offence... this only makes sense when you see the trust structure they are deploying against on you.

What they are looking to construct when they get the Defendant in their venue is a constructive trust or an artificial legal mechanism to complete an otherwise inchoate relationship (the Barrister is their to facilitate this too).

Step back into your proper person and capacity and call them out at the Disclosure phase and you will see just how full of it these people are.

Thanks for the replies. It was videoed in his own home. If any 1 can tell me how to share the video of him, what he said I could do. But mite upset some people.

Hi, Just found this from are local paper.
A man who allegedly went on a racist rant about blowing up mosques is trying to get the case against him thrown out.

Paul Hepplestall was arrested after the video nasty was widely shared online in the wake of recent terror attacks blighting the UK.

The 39-year-old is charged with ‘intending to cause harassment, alarm of distress used threatening abusive or insulting language and was wholly or partly motivated to do so by hostility towards members of a particular racial group.’

A second charge, under the Criminal Damages Act, alleges that Hepplestall, “threatened to destroy or damage property, namely mosques belonging to others”.

But his barrister, Lloyd Morgan, today said he would be putting forward an application to dismiss both charges against Hepplestall.

That 90-minute hearing will take place at the end of September at Liverpool Crown Court.

A date for a trial was still scheduled for October, and is expected to last up to four days.

Hepplestall appeared via video-link from HMP Liverpool. Wearing a white T-shirt, he spoke only to confirm his name.

It is alleged that Hepplestall, of Cornwallis Street, in Liverpool, was featured on a video which showed a man with a bladed weapon discussing the recent atrocities.

He was was detained after a video, which included comments about ‘cutting the ears off’ Muslims, was shared on Facebook.

Earlier hearings have heard defence lawyers say that Hepplestall was ‘not a racist’ and ‘not a threat to mosques’.
