This guy is certainly persistent, have watched a few of his vids - i like him.

Has he tried gaining private agreements in law from relevant parties, i wonder?

i also wonder if anyone has ever tried to rescind signatures on birth documents, for lack of disclosure at the very least? Would remove Crown's claim/interest at source in theory, void ab initio, and would have to return property....

Void ab initio is one way, another is under English Contract Law, or Scottish Contract Law as no contract has been entered into, and it is based upon assumption, and then of course there is ECP.

Do you think it could be as simple as a posh-post letter to the man acting as registrar general advising that you rescind your signature on birth records due to lack of disclosure? Wouldn't that be nice?

I will share a little of the special knowledge with you here:

For a trust to prevail the 'res' or property vested into possession of a trustee, must be identifiable, unique and capable of being alienated, it must also be owned at the point of transfer.

Now I am not too sure about alienated, but can you think of one thing qualifying as property in this world, - that is unique to you and that at least in biological terms no other could possibly have a higher claim (if we exclude the supreme creator for a moment), what property do you have that is without doubt unique and special to you, I mean this property even has a unique DNA code.

Now going back to alienability .... can your physical property be subject to a lien or is it something intangible and fictitious...like a PERSONA or NAME ?

It sounds a bit mad, but then again we are dealing with mad and very bad people, who think stealing your progeny and stealing from them is ok.

These people are an inversion of the natural order of law and repugnant to the conscionable mind, They corrupted the ancient roman civil law and the doctrines of Parens Patria/Parentis Loci - read the essays of Sir francis Bacon he admitted it... "The ancient civil law the Romans knew nothing of" and "the people are not to know".

Things like that capture my attention, because it does appear something of an oddity that those things are held under the same jurisdiction and then become merged into the "Family Division".

In that year where so much changed...1925. .. did you know the State were still exercising emergency powers in that year, due to delay in ratifying the War treaties ?

Hey candor just a quick question for now, can you help with citations on the state exercising emergency powers in 1925, and do we know if they have changed that between then and now??

I will have to badger Mr X the Hansard specialist for that one, I should have said emergency war powers until the ratification of the peace treaties in 1933.

Yes 1933; another big year for change, We have to look at the bigger picture here !

Hmmm interesting. My initial thoughts are what happened to the emergency war powers during and after the second world war? Surely that would have been a period they were also exercised.....
