Nice video Dave.

It highlights the BS they give you, they regularly claim you have to speak to them, they regularly claim they can arrest you for not speaking to them, and yet the law says you have the right to remain silent.

They have only one agenda here, FEAR and if they think you are in fear of them they abuse it in the knowledge that their colleagues will not only cover it up, but that they will target you in the future and try anything to get trumped up charges against you by any means possible, and by that I do mean unlawfully.

In regards to the first video about not talking to the police at 2:13 it refers to Hepburn v Thames Valley Police 2002.
LJ Sedley " Nobody is required in this country to satisfy a police officer that he or she is not committing an offence"

Harvey v. DPP [2011]

It is neither illegal or a criminal offence to tell the police to 'f**k off'.....so feel free to tell them where to go & they cannot arrest you for that as long as no one else other than the police are in the vicinity of hearing you who may be offended.

This came about after a lad was stopped & searched for drugs (none were found) he frequently used the 'f' word & was arrested. He in turn ended up at a magistrates court which he then took to the High Court & the outcome is as below, worthy information because lets face it the police purposely antagonise you for you to react for them to make an arrest.

I've often thought that if they tried that with me, (which would be very likely as I hold them all to be nothing more than corporate thugs) I would then immediately say I wish to report a crime. The crime if thats what they allege it is .The BBC broadcast shows like Mock The Week etc. where the F word is uttered many times each program.
