Dealing With The DWP

I personally have no experience dealing with DWP. That being said
if you are going to have any dealings with them (and this applies to
anything official) its vital everything is recorded ,and wherever possible
by Royal Mail only. This was the problem with original poster ,who for
whatever reason could not be bothered to accumulate all paperwork
connected with his case,its beyond my comprehension how he thought
he could proceed without it.

It should also be borne in mind that DWP staff are believed to receive bonuses
for creating 'clawbacks for alleged overpayments'.
It is therefor vital that a claimant is truthful and has copies of everything.
Also if a medical assesment is involved,you need the name and qualifications
of the assessor .(make sure you check them out online)

To give an example ,my daughter in Aus along with 12.000 other vax refusers
was sacked following the advice from the companies Chief Medical Officer.
I researched him and it transpired his only qualification was Occupational Therapist.

My other half is disabled and has been all her life and she had one of these assessments and it was undertaken by an idiot who tried the sympathy/empathy element and said "I am also disabled" and ried asking questions and said none of her answers had a tick box si I told her to write them in manually and she refused, so out with a claim wgich the company paid and she was sacked. I presume it was also the fact I caught her running out of the building after us and up the street, fortunately I had gone to fetch the car and my other hald was sitting in a corner behind a wall and hadn't even left the building as she cannot walk that far.

As dave says, check their qualifications as lots of gynaechologists were employed as they were better paid.

I recall reading some similar things that you had made ref to that advised on how to best go about the process in dealing with the DWP and the need to create and  keep careful recorded details that one would need to have in order to have any chance of being able to persue any case with them.

I am alarmed on what you said about your daughters very unfortunate situation on being harrased to be threatened to loose her job for not taking the Covid vaccine. That is any non vaxer employees nightmare situation  which I am sure all such  Non Vaxers fear. Especially  if they do not trust the Govt or Medical Est or Pharma industry and a short term and unproven  tested vaccine.


Interesting what you wrote your discovery on the Chief Med Officer involved. All very disturbing. The longer one lives the more disturbing one finds  life and what facing some of its challenges can be.

I am sorry to read about the experience and parts of your description.
You had wrote a prior post that had referred to what you explain
that you described,  but I had not realised that it had  directly involved
your partner and that you are both classed as being disabled.  

I had only thought that you had been fit and well and had been trying to help someone you had known (maybe not a direct family member or friend ) who you were trying to help as having gained knowledge and experience in how to advise an associate on  how to try to deal with the DWP in which you were good enough to go along with them (If it was to do with an associates medical ) to observe what may happen and advise  them or challenge things if you had concerns over anything you may had disagreed with.

I had not realised that the similar description you had wrote had directly involved you partner or that you had been classed as disabled, but may now explain why you are so more aware or knowledgable about the processes involved in the dealings with the DWP and their medicals.

There was some things that I dont think you may have quite fully understood
or not realised and I have tried to explain some of the points and included some info I would prefer to remain private at least for now.

I belleve what I have posted could be of much interest and could be very important to anyone who has similar situations in ref to dealing with the DWP if it could be understood in more detail and hopefully I / we can try to get a clearer answer to some of the points raised or referred to.
