A lord-lieutenant (/lɛfˈtɛnənt/)[1] is the British monarch's personal representative in each county of the United Kingdom. Historically, each lieutenant was responsible for organising the county's militia.

interesting Phillpots, A lord-lieutenant (/lɛfˈtɛnənt/)[1] is the British monarch's personal representative in each county of the United Kingdom. they are not doing there job very well then, allowing unregistered courts to be held under the Royal Coat of Arms.
Going by the logic of this recent case
Two people have been found guilty of running an unregistered, independent school https://www.independent.co.uk/news/education/education-news/illegal-school-london-unregistered-ofsted-court-case-al-istiqamah-learning-centre-a8599291.html and apparently it is a criminal offence to run an unregistered school. The governing body responsible for schools is the department of education and for courts one would assume it would be the Ministry of Justice.
So would a court that is not registered with the Ministry of Justice be classed as an illegal court? Better ask the lord-lieutenant.

they dont do anything about the religious schools but the ones for home ed are shut down and loosely throw the radicalization terms about despite no mention of any thing radical. there are a few agendas at play here if you look into it.

Like the word 'childminder' maybe to be a 'school' one has to toe the line?
Can we think of a word that we can capitalize on?

Interesting. What gets me is the 'organizing the county's militia.' So that would come under council but not police. Might be wrong about that. Years ago the government were known to send in the militia to disasters one being the Royal Charter shipwreck. Where Moelfre was put under martial law for fear of the gold being taken from the wreck by locals. The locals called the arrival of government officials as the militia.

Cant see what this has to do with anything, the point i was trying to make is that the school was unregistered and therefore the magi classed it as illegal, it makes not a jot if its jewish, christian, buddist or satanic. So why is this not the same for unregistered courts, you know the ones not listed with the MoJ, are them ones Illegal? Pot kettle black, imo.
Philpots I also read somewhere regarding the lord leutenants was that they were the chief magistrate of each county although i could be wrong.

Re: List of the lord lieutenants of the United Kingdom
yes i got your point and its a v good one , the side point is how the media is being used to tarnish home ed with the same brush as radical religious schools . An agenda to demonise home education .
Re: List of the lord lieutenants of the United Kingdom
Thanks El E Mentary. I'll take a look into that. It would make sense but we shall seee.

Re: List of the lord lieutenants of the United Kingdom
Looking through the list of lord lieutenants. It becomes clear that they are all major landowners of the county.
