Hi guys,
was wondering what the best way to handle a council tax summons would be?, do i turn up at court or is there a better way to handle these fraudsters?

Council Tax Summons Empty Re: Council Tax Summons

Post by Ian_the_freeman Mon Aug 12, 2019 11:04 am

Something really weird is happening with the summons i was sent i was meant to attend court on the 31st but i didn't go. I had sent them a letter on the 26th or 27th recorded delivery but my tracking is not showing has delivered, but the letter contained the information in the paul patterson council tax stand book at the end of it there is a letter he recommends to send them and i have still heard nothing. I have sent another letter to truro county hall about why my council tax reference number is matching with the hmrc sort code in a account checker site its registered to a Bloomberg Bank so the money is going to the u.s.a why i asked, and they sent me a rare request form so filled it out and sent it back with ID do you think this may be something to do with why they have gone quiet?.

Hi Ian,

Was it sent to a PO box ? as you will not get a signature if sent to one of them. Dont forget to make a claim from RM
at least you will get 6 first class stamps.

Same here, have matched my ctax number with as you say a bank account number from the evidence steve mcrae put on his web site "expertinalllegalmatters.com", did same with driver lic', b'cert number with leading zeros (that may be wrong though), all came up with bank account numbers, very interesting, obvious funds are going to USA so the next thing to ask is why? This may be the start of success, this may actually come to something good, lets hope so.

Ok ,You paid RM ( Royal Mail) for a signature . You did not get one .Use the link below ,its from the site you use to track your delivery. They will send you 6 first class stamps as compo.
In my experience these items usually are delivered as I get a response to them. The point is you paid for a signature.

Yeah its weird its gone quiet i was expecting something to happen by now, not to say it won't but it will be interesting to find out what they say how can that be right our money to pay emergency services and stuff ends up in the U.S.A how are we meant to pay them in the U.S.A ? you no how much money in everybody's area do they collect in council tax would be interesting to no and get them to fill out a expenditure form where all our money actually goes lets see some figures!. I can guarantee that we are all paying way to much if they showed how many people work at these places we need to pay i bet its way over what they actually need so where is the rest of the money i no the money i'm supposed to pay is going to U.S.A and i wont be paying my council tax until i get to the bottom of this or they stop bothering me like you say lets see if anything good comes out of it i hope so, Council Tax proper wounds me.

A surprising amount of mine have gone missing DI, regardless of the post office I use or the recipient’s address.

But I have claimed compensation ie stamps. Royal Mail just isn’t the same anymore.
