Council Tax Liability Order

So iv'e been sent the liability order that was sent to me in relation to a court summons i had back in july 31st 2019 for non payment of council tax and just like the court summon just has a scribble on it with no name saying who authorised it and is going to take liability. Do i question who it was that signed this liability order because from my understanding its illegal for the council to be handing out summons's and liability orders when there the complainant only the court can do this? So what would be my next move from here?

As far as I am aware ,all you ever get is a squiggle ,Its a fraudulent process from start to finish as I
am sure you are aware & thats why nobody will put their name to anything.
I believe many have tried to challenge this before ,but I believe without success.
Would your circumstancies allow you to try this method.

I asked the question has anyone EVER had an out right win? No one answered, I think you will find you can not win against a bent corrupt organisation like a council, the courts & all in sundry. It would take possibly a class action by a very large group of people or someone who is so well in the "know" that is able to bring it down for all.

Getting it zeroed is not the same as getting it cancelled for good, but a good place to start.

it needs perusing, ive inquired about having mine reduced but i haven't been talking to the right bod. Ive had years of dca's and even committal to prison interview , where i put my case forward . I havent had any visits since and letters have stopped . I have good reasons to get a reduction , the interviewer said as much as he didnt want to upset the apple cart regarding reduction (they are told not to!). The drones!

This is the problem, getting a class action into the High Court as they will defend this because of its significance, if it ever won it would be because of numbers and publicity; currently they use divide and conquer tactics by suppressing the individual then hitting them with fear, and then abusing the law to punish them by taking all their goods and assets.

Winning in court means every leach legal company will be offering no win, no fee cases for everyone and council tax would collapse and this would undermine the entire system, and the councils and treasury would lose £billions per year and do you really think this would happen, its very large stakes.

Yes it is very large stakes, but more over for peace of mind for all.

The totally unneccassary harrassment & burdoning of people MUST stop; all have an inalienable right to peace. I am more interested in that than any fake commercial activity that may stop due to the canceling of ctax.

It would ONLY be a hasstle to those that control the system if they let it.

Yep, I have a friend who fought back for an alleged outstanding council tax payment and the council simply ignored his perfectly valid arguments and sold the debt into a debt purchaser. Disgraceful!!

Eeeeeeeeeeeexactly. Can't have a precedent given the huge impact.

As you are aware the councils are part of the massive fraud, when a debt collector arrives at my door to ask for my name i tell them i do not recognise that name, I also ask for the Man or Woman flesh and blood called council to confirm there is a debt owed, then i ask for their licence to collect revenue which they do not have, Ask for their Contract with both signatures with full discloser.

I return all paperwork Addressee not Recognised, Return To Sender, No Contract.

The name on the paperwork is you legal fiction, No Consent No Joinder Smile

is it time to start to use A4V? After researching & having tried myself am fairly convinced its the way to go if enforced properly.

At time of writing have NOT had feedback as to what has happened for me, but will inform as & when I get it.

NB mine is for utilities NOT ctax, sent this week.
