Help For All Site Members
It has been an idea floating around in the old grey matter for some time, but it appears we now need to look seriously at bringing cases against the Police, what ideas do site members have to bring such cases against the Police when they act inappropriately and engage in unlawful activity and it is covered up by other Police and they collude with the courts to secure dubious convictions against law abiding citizens? what is clear is that protesting has little affect, and the media are only interested in sensationalism.
One idea is for all members to supply details of legal representatives in their area who take on pro bono cases and have an excellent success rate against the police.
Another idea is to find a way of funding such cases for site members.
Feel free to add your own ideas.

Re: Help For All Site Members
Hi assassin ,thats something i would very much like to see .
Take a look at the Crimebodge site ,its dedicated to exactly this kind of thing .I have downloaded loads of his stuff.Yes he does make a charge ,but it looks like he is only covering expenses .
I am surprised that we have had section 26 for 2 years now ,and i have not heard of a single case yet.
I would be prepared to chip in for an individual case ,or a fighting fund for anything that may crop up in the future.

Re: Help For All Site Members
I like your idea, assassin, since nobody is or should be above the law and this especially includes wayward police. Thinking about this made me think of certain people who not only cheat the law, but also create laws in order to meet with their task of profit, profit, profit, who...those scum who work in town halls and I must add magii courts too. I often wonder how many people have found themselves at the sticky end of injustice at the hands of these scum. Now don't get me wrong, I'm all for maintaining law and order, but not changing it and using it to feather one's own nest. I'm all for putting something in the pot for this project, if you make paypal the only means of making a donation, then I can't help since one needs a credit card to use paypal...unless someone now knows differently?

Just a video of someone walking into a greasy spoon cafe , asking for an officers name ,
and "SERVING" them a writ.
Would put a big smile on many faces.
No need to declare to the judge that the person on the writ is a copper .
( assuming thats how its done )

Re: Help For All Site Members
Hi all
Hi assassin. i think you are right but i think you already know how it has to be dealt with and that is by bringing claim for harm/loss against the man rather than the policeman. Now that we know it is commerce they are using against us we can better defend ourselves. Remember - we don't have to learn enough to go far IN commerce, we just have to learn enough to get far FROM commerce.
Hi daveiron. Re: sec 26 there may have been o.o.c. settlements stipulating non-disclosure however i suspect this act was brought in as a response to Motu Propria to benefit the police rather than us. These offenses are already covered by common-law but taking it into an act means T.H.E.Y. can profit from it in several ways.
Cheers!

Re: Help For All Site Members
It should be noted that nowhere does it use the words Police Officer ,it only mentions constables.
It is clear that when dealing with plod its important that you require to know whether they are acting as an officer or constable.& it also makes clear that this does act not negate Common Law.
