how do i get my case up held due to behavoiur of judge refusal my defence hand wrote statement in trying to set a side ccj, i had all other print paper work shows i not in breach of contract fromer 2014 offer via vodaphone, see post in court section , im very ill he dismssed my medical evidance cab , i had to help fill in forms help on fees court cost, northampton, clark of court took 4 weeks to send judge order out post dated too.. i, at lost how or what next to do,

It's no good writing out a defense statement unless it is attached to the relevant Court form. It sounds as if the Judge dismissed your case because you didn't follow the process properly.

thanks for reply im never got chance respsond in time to the joesphs civil judge requirements as 5 points he put total unable to due to onse complex disabilites illness, hence he saw one medical reports i trying to find help , he refussed my my paper work hence im no lawful aceess to fair hearing since , so his dead line of 5.7.2017. which posted on 12.7.2017 came monday 17.7.2017. since i, trying to find how what my lawful rights are too. oh ya he put much be legibel, ie not hand wirtten,
other wise ccj stands extra costs 120, total 1,200, of debit i already shown i not owe

ok i reading the staute law on links above , nothing one how my limitions of ones joint life long ilness disabllites whom ment to not cause me disadvanged or prejudice , the evidance rules courts uk, 3,5 a / clear the judge ment to assass , me my abity too. he had in all this sent via court of the clark.

so qustion then i seek to set aside his order, i only got week ago, ..its not clear for people like me,

yes it was since 2016, all correct froms and past year help local citizen advice , i need help in court it self and help type up defence stataement, i became ill again, all medical evidance was with it, im refused lawful acesss to justice and judge refused this too

Suggest you go straight back into the court and apply to have the decision set aside until or a stay of execution and time you get your case typed up, on the basis that you are disabled and you have been denied natural justice.

Also ask which Act or Regulation states defense documents must be typed, search for it and read it. look for parts that relate to disability and or capacity to pay for typing.

Also suggest that you research relevant laws, the court is relying on, for proof of claim that defense documents must be typed.

Hint that denial of your requests for a set aside or a stay may be ground for an appeal to a higher court.

Hi I reread judge order, your never know, court made post date is,. Reads date of order 7.7.2017, I must by 4pm on 5.7.2017 send to court (again) I had produced already,my defense statement was hand in writing,and legible, unable to type or get help to type .
I did give full copy and with all my other paperwork proof I'm not in breech of contact is Vodafone,since I got proof I cancelled in time preiod said on terms of offer, it's Lowell solicitors claims, they never had new offer contract,of 24.10.2014, they use one of 14.4.2014 which phones for you offered mobile,then only knew company went bust by sign on shop,that's when I went in Vodafone plc shop to ask whom the phone contract with,,,..
This when I pushed into new offer,add on tablet with new data phone too plan, I got proof whom employee was,I kept paperwork from then.

I proved this in court hearing,judge even refused this, the female for Lowell's was given copy.
Ok how can I comply to a court order when someone caused the day date wrong?
So, order dated as I said, of 7.7.2017,so on order reproduce my evidence by 5.7.2017, 4pm.

Then post mark on envelope is 12.7.2017, came 17.7.2017.

Ok now,I ground to seek side aside of order yes or no,,,? On court mistake aslo, plus cause me denied access to fair hearing too,on top of falure to assess my ability to on medical disability disadvantage me? . Any thoughts or help .. I did not realize this till ... As so I'll worry how what to do
