Once the comprehension of what you the reader are NOT then it should be obvious Utility 'Bills' (what are addressed to?) are not for you the reader. Hence all Utilities are free (sort of - meaning its all pre paid through taxes, please research for yourself).

These parasites the Utility CoS are nothing more than billing companies, as in "here's a bill, pay it"!

Ask yourself if a dual fuel provider is changed, do THEY come along with thier own pipe work & wires & replace all that's currently there? No, at least I have not seen that happening, have you? Can these util CoS prove what flows in the pipes & wires belongs to THEM? No. If THEY claim otherwise let THEM prove....

So how come THEY charge what THEY do? Because THEY are the registered supplier (deemed contract - read 86 Gas & 89 Electric Acts) at the address of...... & nothing more. Initially its to 'the Occupier', & its when a man or woman answers 'here I am, I am....', then a new 'bill' is generated & sent. Its trousers firmly down.

Please do NOT go off half cocked & think 'right that's it, LS says I don't have to pay..... anymore'. No there is quite a lot to comprehend about this including c'tax - never default on that, you will lose big time!

With looming utility price rises about to happen please everyone use due diligance & research. affraid

Or think of it like this, its all paper & ink - fake & worthless - the GBP - '£' a promise to pay, a debt in itself, a promise that no one ever keeps. Here's a question .. if water, gas and sewerage are free, why are they not available to everyone?

FF sewage for you is free as no doubt you will produce your own. Very Happy

please FF do not make yours available to me Very Happy

Due to limitations of the gas & leccy acts actual supply is not garunteed for all, why I don't know I did not write the acts

With water its in the catchment area of..... - nothing as far I can see in 1991 water act for deemed contract. There may be, so please comment.

No there isn't as it is "assumed" you enter a contract with them and this is why they connected most houses to their network and did away with the cess pits.

Nothing to stop you disconnecting your property from the water and sewage systems and digging your own cess pit and using spring water.

When I DSAR'd water Co for evidence of data processed in the name of... as proof beyond doubt of existance of a commercial contract/agreement & then the same for non commercial, the answer given - there is NO contract or agreement. So the only thing left for me had to be catchment area of.....

I honestly would not want the hastle of getting cess pit cleared as the amount I...... Laughing

Nothing to it as they are all now sealed pits and are pumped out, you do nothing other than pay them.

Mate still has one on the farm and it costs £100 + VAT and his is done yearly.

A properly working septic tank almost never needs to be emptied. I've only done so once and that was so I could get at a problem with the pipework. These have all been conventional septic tanks with discharge to soak away. With no discharge you need a very much bigger tanks, think of 300 odd litres per day for a year.

deemed contract - read 86 Gas & 89 Electric Acts should read: implied deemed contract - read 86 Gas & 89 Electric Acts because of registered meter serial numbers

there is NO deemed contract as who honestly has the right to force anyone into a contract/agreement?
