Thank you for all of your responses, I feel much better now! I sent off letter 3 stating that I will wait for their responding with paperwork they say they have requested. I followed my intuition with resending letter 3 just to meet their intimidation. I have dealt with Robinson Way before, but as I said they seem much more edgy.

I've had a look on there website and Julian Winfield is down as UK Country Manager. Would i need to address him?

In my experience, just get the addresses correct and simply send to the CEO. The reply you'll get will be never be from the CEO LET ALONE a named man or woman taking liability for the content of their letters...( post from mrblue to me this morning) hope it helps

What you say is true, they just send out templates.

I did a compnay check up and nothing was showing. Ill just use Julian Winfield. I have to send the letter tomorrow to get to them by Saturday.
